Product Description
This fully automatic rubber hydraulic press is primarily designed for vulcanizing various rubber products. The machine operates through hydraulic pressure where the plunger rises under working fluid pressure and descends through the combined weight of the hot plate, platform, and plunger itself, allowing the working fluid to return to the oil storage tank. The integrated oil pump serves as the machine's power source, supplying pressurized working fluid that flows through control valves into the cylinder. By adjusting the control handle to different positions, operators can precisely control the plunger's upward and downward movement.
